A successful pet portrait is made when you creatively capture a moment that highlights their unique personality. Professional knowledge of photographic techniques and an understanding of animals, allows that moment to be captured beautifully.

Why do we take photos in the first place? Photographs help us tell the story of our lives, and as we look back 25, 50, or even 75 years, an image can bring us right back to our most wondrous and special moments. We feel it is important to have a visual record of our lives and of our families.
We believe pets are family and give each session the individual attention it deserves. The very heart of our mission is to create beautiful images of our clients pets that they and their family can treasure for decades to come. To capture your session we have very high standards for our photographic system, processing, and final printed products. We use a professional Nikon camera system with strobe lighting, Adobe Creative Suite post production software and have partnered with one of the top rated photography labs in the country.
A Commitment to Giving Back
In addition to creating beautiful images for our clients, we are dedicated to providing quality photography to local shelter pets. We truly believe good photos translate to pets getting adopted more quickly. We donate a large portion of our time between our regular clients. Since 2014 we have photographed over 500 shelter pets. In addition to photographing available pets we provide photography services for fundraising appeals and major adoption weekend promotions that run in local media outlets, publications, electronic newsletters, and social media platforms. We are a very proud artist member of the HeARTs Speak group. Go to our giving back page to learn more about our charitable mission.
"I had a photo shoot with Tanya in the fall of 2014. I can't say enough good things about Tanya and the quality of the photos she took of my group of crazy dogs!
She is professional, knowledgeable, and very talented. She provided me with not only the photos I wanted but also a few I would have never thought of--Very pleased!" - Laurie
"Tanya came to my home for a photo shoot with my 2 cats and dog. She took the time to allow my girls to get used to her being there as well as her equipment. She was flexible with trying different settings depending on which animal was comfortable where, even though it meant moving and resetting all her equipment. Through all of it, she was ready for the next great shot.
You can tell Tanya has a true love for animals, she treated my girls so well and when breaks were needed, she was understanding and flexible. Our planned 2 hour session went longer and Tanya was awesome with ensuring she had great shots with different expressions to really capture my girls' personalities.
The quality of my ordered pictures was great! I have received many compliments on how she captured the true personality of each of them. Even a year later, I reached out to Tanya to see if I could purchase a few additional poses and she was happy to help again. I highly recommend Tanya for your project!!" - Laura
