What is your cancellation policy?

We strive to make this a comfortable and relaxing experience.  If for any reason you are unable to make your appointment please contact Tanya within 72 hours of your appointment at her mobile number 484.639.4743.  Tanya will hold your deposit and apply to your new rescheduled session. Exceptions are made for sick pets and Covid-19 quarantine and illness.

What if my pet is sick?

Pets get sick just as people do.  Try to give Tanya a call on her mobile number 484.639.4743 as soon as possible.  Tanya will hold your session deposit and apply it to the new rescheduled date.   

How far do you travel?

Included in your package is travel up to one hour in each direction from western Chester County, zip 19372.  This includes most of the surrounding counties: Lancaster, Berks, and Delaware counties.  If you are beyond that range, email Tanya to discuss your needs. 

Need a rush order?

Tanya does offer rush services on prints.  It is an additional 25% of the invoice total plus additional shipping charges.

Are prints for sale on your site?

Yes, we do sell most prints on our site as fine art prints printed on archival paper and signed by Tanya.  If you are interested in a stock purchase, please contact Tanya to discuss your licensing needs.
